Müller, Kane Miss Bayern Munich's Final Bundesliga Home Game

Kane Rested for Champions League Final

Harry Kane missed Bayern Munich's final Bundesliga home game of the season on Sunday as the English striker was rested ahead of the Champions League final against Manchester City on May 29. Bayern cruised to a 2-0 victory over Wolfsburg, with goals from Thomas Müller and Kingsley Coman, to secure their 10th consecutive Bundesliga title. Müller opened the scoring in the 10th minute, heading home a cross from Joshua Kimmich. Coman doubled Bayern's lead in the 60th minute, finishing off a counter-attack.

Bayern Dominant in Bundesliga

Bayern's victory extended their unbeaten run in the Bundesliga to 20 games. The Bavarians have won 29 of their 33 league matches this season, scoring 95 goals and conceding just 22. They have also lifted the DFB-Pokal, beating RB Leipzig in the final, and are now aiming to complete a treble by winning the Champions League. Kane, who has scored 25 goals in all competitions for Bayern this season, was rested for the Wolfsburg game to ensure he is fully fit for the Champions League final.
